Members are provied with high quality fitness facilities, professional services, and karate instruction in a well maintained and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.

In addition to a well-equipped fitness center, both members and non-members alike are presented the opportunity to take part in various aerobic and non-aerobic classes.
