3/2/1 Boot Camp

Boot Camp class is free to all members of Studio @ 808, $10.00 for everyone else.  Join Trainer Marc Ciamarra for this 60 minute class.  Focus is primarily a mix of moderate to high intensity cardiovascular exercises and plyometrics, strength training, with a focus on abdominal and core exercises.  All fitness levels are encouraged and welcome to join this class, as Marc can modify most exercises to suit your needs.
