Isshinryu Karate

This style comes from Okinawan Islands.
 
The head instructor, Gary Panichella, has over 35 years experience in martial arts and is a 3rd dan black belt.
 
The assisting instructor, Elias, has over 20 years of experience and is a 1st dan black belt.
 
Karate classes are offered for children, teens, and adults, catering to the needs of the participant from beginner to experienced martial artist looking to work out.

Programs emphasize safety, fitness, discipline, form, self defense, and the development of strong skills.

In addition to the instruction and availability of a premium facility, a complete line of karate equipment is available in-house. The line includes uniforms, sparring gear, and bags.
