Marc Ciamarra, Fit 4 Ever, offers personal training and fitness solutions exclusively at Studio @ 808.  Marc has been a fitness professional for 14 years, certified through The American Council on Exercise (license #T155868) and also holds a Health & Physical Education degree from Kean University.  


My philosophy on health and wellness focuses heavily on the 4 components of fitness:

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Nutrition
  • Flexibility
